Hi everyone!
I really wanted to procrastinate and write this journal last night, but I decided that since I'd somehow been able to update my journal on Wednesday for the past two weeks that I'd try to wait until Wednesday this time too! Yay!

I ran out of clean pants so I'm wearing a skirt and since I was wearing a skirt and there's an Advent festival this evening, I thought I'd wear one of my nice tops and then I dolled myself up and realized that all I had for shoes was my sneakers and my flip flops and there's snow outside... so I looked all fancy and had my big sneakers... It wasn't too bad, I s'ose. I'm also drinking a mint chocolate chip milk shake despite it being cold outside.
I got loose leaf spearmint so I'm drinking my spearmint tea the way it was intended to be drunk. I hope mint doesn't do something weird to you because I've been ingesting nothing by mint, peppermint, and spearmint for the past... few weeks.

I was planning what to draw people for presents and then I realized I was insane because I made all these huge goals and then I got all distracted with all the awesome stuff I want to do while in England and then I got distracted with making amvs with all the stuff I plan on doing and then I got distracted with future travel and languages that I will one day learn and all the stuff I will one day do and then I got distracted with finishing homework, and then plans in England again, and then I woke up this morning and started rewriting 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' for the peoples of Destiny Island and then I got distracted with deadlines for England, and then Gaiaonline ensnared me for a whole three minutes
and now I'm here...
And that's what I've been doing.
I'm going to finish up my Old English today and possibly send that in once I double check what I'm supposed to do with it.
I'm going to study for Environmental Geology tonight and/or work on English paper
Tomorrow will be some English paper, some shopping, and mostly EG studying
Friday I take my EG exam and then I finish my English paper thing, sleep on that, Saturday I finish it up and send it in and then I pack and then I go home. I may shop on Saturday too... that'd be nice... I'm almost done with Christmas shopping.
Then I go home, greet my siblings, spend some time with them, then I get started on all my projects including finishing my Sheik hoodie, making those shirts for the tiny ones, Drawing for me, drawing gifts for your guys, that one contest I wanted to be in... uhhh.... and whatever else I have time for... spending time with my cat and cleaning the house.
I know you guys don't really care what I'm doing except for the strange few of you that actually read to the end of my journals. (Just so you know, I love you dearly and would draw you something if I could tell who you were.)
I'm going to try to draw some smaller pieces so that I can draw more of them instead of going crazy and trying to draw big pieces for everyone while trying to enjoy my family and my home before I'm gone for six months.

I'LL BE GONE FOR SIX MONTHS!

I should still have internet, though, so don't worry. You'll be hearing GREAT things from me because I'm crazy like that ^^ LOVE!

Hey dudes!
It's been a whole week! What's up?
I've been trudging along. It's finals time and once I finish this religion paper I should be alright with everything else. I've got 2 exams that I'll just need to read to study for, and I've got this translation of this Old English thing with the fallen angels that I've looked up all the words for and just need to make sound nice and then I have this story to write and then I get to write a paper about it which I've already begun to do, sooooo.... after the religion paper I'll be good. I should be working on it right now, but I'm not. I'll get back to the readings once I'm done with my journal, don't worry.
I've vowed to make a 'calling the directions' chant thing using Disney quotes. If I sit down and think about it which I won't be doing until break I think I can do it, and then I can send it to my friends and confuse them. It'll probably take quite a bit of Pocahontas if I'm just calling the directions.
I've been trying to remember the Kingdom Hearts dance I made up with my sister about four years ago. I've been trying to remember it for about 2 years now and NOW I'm really working on it 'cause I want to get it down before I'm gone for 1/2 a year. I'm also trying to fix it up a bit so that there aren't all those flips and stuff. As much as I loved all the 'grab your partner and twirl' bits, I want to one day be able to do this with ALOT of people so it has to be kinda people friendly. I've been doing pretty well, I think. I'd really like some of my sister's advise because I'm running out of choreography. I haven't done it in so long. You can tell the older parts of the dance that I actually remembered because they involve more moving of the feet and full body movement, etc. I'll remember it eventually. It's coming along and then I'll force Scarburough to help me.
I think the infection from my piercing's gotten bigger, if you can believe that. I haven't poke at it, but I was pressing a hot ceramic mug against it and I think I just made it angrier. Everyone keeps telling me to take it out, but I'm not going to take it out because it's not just going to go away if I take it out. It's not like the earring is causing the infection. It's the hole and me not having taken proper care of it. I got arrogant, alright. I thought it was all perfect when it didn't get inflamed originally and then it got inflamed and it's been in the same condition for.... yeah, a year now. I'm hyper determined to get rid of it over break now because my mom only just realized it was infected about a month ago so I'm gonna fix it. I'm gonna soak that thing until it's pruny and then I'm gonna do it again, so help me! I don't want to deal with it anymore!
Shar-bear drew a picture for me for Christmas and I realized again that I haven't really draw in months and that I want to draw stuff for you guys too, although I'm not sure who to draw for since I really have fallen away from a lot of you guys. I still love you, I just don't know who you are anymore... wow, that sounds weird... If you're reading this, let me know if you want a picture ^^ Maybe I can finish all those other ones I said I'd draw for people. Uhg. I'm so bad.
I'm cooking up other silly ideas in my head, but I do that a lot. If I pull this particular one off, I'll send you the links to it.

Yes, Im a girl, if you didn't already know.
Soooo... I really wish I had some creative things to say to you guys. Ya know, something worth reading, but all that comes to mind is the random stuff that's going on.
I wrote my english paper and now I get to work on my story for my english final. It's another Beauty and the Beast retelling, a different one from the three I was going to write for NaNo and then failed because November is a terrible month to do anything.
I came up with ANOTHER story idea the other day. I just got one tiny little line of diolouge in my head. Just one line, then it became two and three and then a whole story just sprung out of the ground and took over my mind so now I have another story that I'm desperately trying not to think about because it's about a girl trying to write a story and I want to have my ideas evolve with hers so I'll know the bad versions of ideas and be able to write those down and when I think of something better I can have the girl think of something better. So... I'm... trying... not... to think... about... it..... GRARRG!
I gave blood the other day! Yay! I've flunked out the last 2 times and this time I passed with flying colors so I got to give blood and now I get short of breath way easily. Don't worry. I shall fix that soon.

I has gots a friends who's making me a soul baby and I'm going to take it with me to all the cool places in England and take pictures with it and it'll be the adventures of my soul baby. ^^ Look forward to that. I'm also experimenting with the medicinal properties of Spearmint tea. However, they don't make just spearmint tea because spearmint doesn't taste very good. However, black tea and spearmint doesn't taste very good either (It's called Plantation Mint). I'm thinking on going to just buy some raw spearmint tea leaves. I'm looking forward to not having to drink my spearmint with black tea' cause black tea doesn't taste very good either.

I learned how to write my name in runes. Yay for me. I'd show you, but they don't type very nicely.
I'm cold. I'm bored. I miss my drawings desperately. I want to draw something... or maybe write something.... where's my giant scary list? Let's fix that up again, shall we?

Screw that. You can look at in a minute. I'll tell you what I'm going to do over Christmas break and then when I go to England. (OMG! ENGLAND!) Okay.

^^ Hi everyone who hasn't forgotten me.
I can't really believe that I haven't posted a journal since I vanished for a week in August. It's funny 'cause I'm explaining where I went for five days and then I leave for, what, four months or so? I'm sorry. I also can't believe that the last thing I posted was that hideous pants joke thing that I didn't even think was that funny, but I wanted to draw it anyway because I just can't let ideas go. That chick seriously creeps me out. She looks like she's going to cackle manically and then eat my legs.

I was originally putting DA on hold until I finished writing this silly, impulsive fanfiction for the 'ercy Jackson and the Olympian' series. (Here's a link to it if you're interested, by the way: [link] )
They're making the 'The Lightning Thief' into a movie which I'm very pretty happy about. I'm not very fond of their choice of Annabeth, but whatevs.
Oh! I dressed up as Annabeth Chase for a Geek dance we had at my school. It was awesome. I had a BRIGHT orange shirt that said 'Camp HalfBlood' on it (and Annabeth's name on the back). I had a Yankees cap and cargo shorts and hiking boots. And a necklace with my friends highschool ring (to substitute for her dad's college ring) and I made 9 beads for her necklace. It was fun. I loved it. I felt really awkward, however, because I was in a bright orange shirt, wearing a Yankees cap in New England (I'm thankful I wasn't stoned) and no one knew who I was. Very confused people thought that maybe I was from Harry Potter with the whole 'halfblood' thing. All things considered, Camp Halfblood is the worst name for a camp I've ever heard.

Okay, uhh.... so I meant to come back after I wrote the fanfic and stuff, but college had started up again somewhere in there and I was planning another fanfic in my infinate lameness, and I hadn't drawn anything in forever because all my classes are like "you can read all of this in a week, right?" and I'm like "Uhhh.... ¬_¬ sure... 'course I can. I mean, anyone can read all of that." "Can you write this paper, too?" "Oh, like how could I not write that paper, too. I love writing papers. Papers are the coolest things in the world. I love them so much I could devour them alive!"
I've also been applying to study abroad. I GOT IN! I'll be going to Lancaster University in Lancaster, England next semester! (I'll be that much closer to Kelly Jane and Jenny! If you don't know who they are, you'll be forgiven eventually).
And while I was applying to study abroad, my cat almost died on me so that kinda through things off. He's home after five days at the Vet. They tell me he's getting better and I'll see him over Thanksgiving break. I also got hit in the face with a tennis racket. My nose was bleeding and I almost passed out and everything (I didn't pass out because of the blood. I almost passed out because I got whacked in the face). It made a crunch sound and everything. It wasn't fun and my nose still feels funny.

Uhhh... What else have I been doing... I dressed up as Titania, queen of the faeries, for Halloween. I didn't get any pictures, but I do plan on taking a few of me in the outfit I made, at least. It's a pretty outfit and I had these MASSIVE wings that I borrowed and they hit a lot of people and made it hard to dance or get through crowds or anything... I cut my hair myself for that outfit. I didn't mean to cut it as short as I did, but aw well. Hair grows back. (It just takes FOREVER for curls to grow out and I cut off, like, 2 years of growth! WAH!)

I'm doing NaNo this year for the first time since 2006 (or was it 2004... I don't remember). I'm failing a bit, but I do plan on bouncing back. I don't know. I'm such a lazy butt. I hate it!

So, basically, my motivation has been in school and reading and not art. I'm so sorry. I love you guys and I love art. I've made 2 costumes since I've seen you last. That's gotta count for something... although I suppose it doesn't count for too much if I don't show you pictures.

Soooooooooo......... I'm not sure what else to tell you. Nothing terrible's happened (besides Lucas being within inches of death!) My spelling hasn't gotten any better. Nothing wonderful's happened (besides me going to England!) My tablet's been unfairly neglected and I'm not sure what to do about it since I don't really feel like drawing anything right this minute except for those illustrations I want to do for that story I'm writing for my Kid's Lit class that isn't going to be graded - the paper that I eventually write about that story will be what's graded- sooooo...... yes. That's been my life. Hasn't it been exciting? How have all you guys been? I've barely heard anything and I miss you guys so much. SOOO MUCH! I have 500 deviations to look at and I'm not willing to remove a single one because I want to look at them all and I want read them all and I want to invite them all into my life. YOU GUYS ARE A PART OF MY LIFE!

Okay. Now that I've confessed my unyielding affection for all you guys, I'm going to go and try to do some more of my homework before I have to go to Renaissance Dance (I'm sorry. It's not as cool as it sounds.)

Hello there, peeps!
You've probably been wondering where I've been! I would've said something sooner, but my internet's been down. I'm at my Cartooning Studio workshop where they have internet, but I'm suppose to be working on my comic so I only get online and check DA before and after the studio day.
As you can see, I've been drawing a little. I also read 5 books in four days so I haven't been idle. I've actually been working on quite a few things, but since they're comics, I haven't finished them yet. I'm in the sketching phase now and I've got two comics going-
One is shorter and it's a comic for my little sister. She kept wishing that there was a manga where people did gymnastics (and not Rhythm gymnastics or martial gymnastics) so I said I'd draw her one. It's not really about gymnastics. It's about her crushing on a boy from last year when I came up with the thing, but gymnastic's in involved which is all she really needs.
The other is a comic I never actually planned on doing. For the comic workshop, I'll be drawing up 'Sir Gawain and the Green Knight' as a subtle yaoi piece. It's not my usual genre, but 'Sir Gawain and the Green Knight' is really asking for it so I had to do it. Although I have many comic ideas, I decided to throw SGatGK together because it's not THAT long and it's of a finite length, unlike most of my other comic ideas.
I've got 5ish pages of my sister's comic sketched and 8-10 pages of Green Knight. I'm hoping to have the first part of Green Knight sketched out at least for my cartooning workshop (which is a bit of a shame because my hot dude doesn't show up until the 2nd part)

So that's what I've been doing this week... uhhh.... Right. So I'll be checking in with DA and trying to respond to your comments and messages and look at all those deviations in my list (i've got about 127 to go since yesterday night) and... yes. If you get a late response- you know why!
